How is pricing calculated?
Fees consist of last-mile shipping + picking/packing fees + storage. Tiered by weight. Ultra-light items and high volume qualify for preferential rates.
Can you ship batteries or liquids?
Certain devices with built-in batteries can go through compliant channels. Liquids and powders require advance notice — we'll evaluate and advise.
How do I track inventory and shipments?
Our WMS dashboard gives real-time visibility into inventory, order status, and tracking. Export reports anytime.
How long from receiving to dispatch?
Typically 1–2 business days for counting and shelving after inbound. One-piece fulfillment starts immediately after shelving.
